This team goes way out of their way to make car maintenance, and everything connected with it a pleasant experience. Everyone is so cheerful, and pleasant. They have customer service as the governing force in their business. This last time, my mom (93 years old) had an accident on the way to pick me up, they took the incentive to offer me a ride to look for my mom, and then after we found Mom, Heather came out to check and see if we were o.k., and if we needed anything. Very nice, a true pleasure to interact with this team!!!!

My Land Cruiser could be having "brake" issues, only 18K miles between jobs, and the new pads this time needed replacement after 3K! But everyone at George's is prompt, courteous and are monitoring closely to see how to eliminate the issue.

You guys are always great. I'm just sorry I bought a new car with an extended warranty, so that I won't be seeing you much for the next 10 years...but time flies.

OVER ALL THE POLITENESS AND THE WORK IS A LITTLE BETTER THAN GOING TO THE DEALER FOR WORK. THERE'S A MORE ONE ON ONE COMMUNICATION WITH THE PEOPLE THERE. BEING CLOSE TO HOME IT'S VERY EASY ACCESS. AS I ALSO GET MY GAS THERE AS WELL.

I appreciate the service I received at George's Shell. They are not cheap, but they get the job done. It is nice to have a reliable place nearby to get needed repairs.

Doug's has been and is the greatest and most reliable service station there is. A glorious respite from this harsh world. The service is nothing short of the opposite of flawed. As you approach the station, a flock of cherubs descends from heaven and sings as you allow the most glorious and blessed and blessing auto-service station on the face of the earth to continue it's blessing and it's grand existence.

As usual I leave there feeling very satisfied and confident that my car was in the best of care. Thank you.
