After recommendations from friends at work, I brought my car in for a smog check and because my engine light was on. Was pretty sure of the reason for the light, but did not know if there were any additional problems. Left my car with them and when they called me later, I was extremely glad to hear the reason for the engine light was what I expected and nothing else. It was a quick / inexpensive fix. I've been to plenty of auto mechanics in the past and after speaking with them and just looking at the place, decided not to get work done. Nothing is more frustrating as when you try and get your car serviced, and someone has to come translate for me. My first impression about the place was that it appeared well organized. Everyone was wearing Shell's yellow / red uniforms. The staff was extremely friendly and did not make me feel obligated to have any services performed. May sound dumb but for me, my initial perception of the place and employees shows me that they are organized and professional. Work was finished the next day and when I picked up my car, they had gotten it washed....that was not expected. Anyway, I'm glad to have FINALLY found a clean, organized, trustworthy auto mechanic.
