Professionals but labor is very expensive.

Dear Omar, I am glad you had a good experience and that there was no damage to the timing belt when your car overheated. We do understand labor is expensive as we have to pull apart the vehicle to do necessary repairs. It was quite extensive and a few hours of work. We thank you for your business. Doug

I broke down coming from Palm Springs going to Woodland Hills, they took my truck right in, gave me an estimate that same day (on a Saturday) and replaced my alternator by Tuesday at a reasonable price. Very professional, very kind and service oriented for sure.My only problem was that though they have a shuttle van parked outside, I had to take an expensive cab to the airport to rent a car, and upon return they couldn't give me a lift either from the airport so I had a 75 minute bus ride through Ontario and Fontana.I don't mind finding transportation on my own if they don't provide it, but they had a shuttle out front with no one to drive it. Otherwise, in regards to having work done right, they were awesome!!!

Had a oil change and smog check, they did a great job. They also noticed an oil leak, and took pictures to show me as well as providing me with an estimate to repair. They also took my car to a car wash at no charge.

George's Seirra Shell had great service. I was unsure of exactly what was wrong with my vehicle. It has a lot of manufacturer problems so I wasn't sure if the problem I was having was that or real issue GSS ran some test and couldn't find anything wrong, I asked them if they could squeeze me in for an oil change and refill all the liquids and they had no issues although they were busy that day. I am very grateful.

Love the service I get here. You guys always do a great job. You washed my car and serviced it while I was dropped off at home. The only complaint I have is my appointment was at 2 and I didn't get my car back until 2. And that out of the inspection I was not notified that my car needed repairs until I got home and seen the paperwork. Other than that I love going here.
