The customer service is second to none. They even brightened up my birthday by giving me a box of cupcakes and a balloon. The price is very reasonable and they even have loaner cars, when available. They keep a history of my service and keep an eye on things that may need work later. I would recommend George's Sierra Shell to anyone who wants quality service at a reasonable price.

Took my sons car for service. The staff was very nice and inviting. I will definitely bring all my cars in for checkups . The labor is very pricy. Neck and neck with the dealer ship. So hmm?

Problem was diagnosed promptly. It involved a failure of a previously replaced item; it was replaced at no charge (under warranty) with no hesitation. Communication with service personnel (Heather) was prompt and thorough. I would recommend George's Shell for all automotive needs.

Professionals but labor is very expensive.

Dear Omar, I am glad you had a good experience and that there was no damage to the timing belt when your car overheated. We do understand labor is expensive as we have to pull apart the vehicle to do necessary repairs. It was quite extensive and a few hours of work. We thank you for your business. Doug
