My car would not start and so i contacted Doug Whiteman at George's Shell. He asked me some questions and it was determined that my battery was shot. AAA came out and jump started my car. I get to the end of my street and my car dies. I call Doug at George's Shell, telling him i cant drive the car out there. He says he will send Linda, his wife, to my house with a new battery!!! Who does this??? This is so "Old School" like a home Doctor visit, a thing of the past, right.? Well, within the hour Linda drives up with the brand new AAA rated battery. It is easy to see that Linda is an integral part of the George's Shell team. I installed battery and car started immediately, a thousand thanks Doug for going above and beyond any expectations. George's Shell is more than a "gas station", it is a Hometown vehicle service center. The team is honest and trustworthy, rare trsits in this day and age!!!! Great service and a trusted friend. I needed an oil change but also the trusted opinion of my go to Auto Shop. After hearing another shop's opinion I asked Jessica if she could check it out for me since I trust George's Shell more than any other auto shop. I received the truth in terms that I understand and gets explained to me and will move forward based on George's Opinion. No charge for the check and great service on my oil change. So where do I start - I towed my truck in because it would not start. Come to find out I simply ran out of gas. My fault, I knew I had a bad aftermarket fuel pump. I stopped by and talked to the owner in the morning. He told me to drop my truck off in the afternoon so he I could borrow a loaner car from the shop while they worked on my truck. I worked with Heather who answered all my questions and was very patient with me since I was concerned about the costs. The next day, Heather called me to let me know I ran out of gas. Did I mention I was also having trouble passing CA smog? No trouble for George's Shell staff...I let Heather know and she replied "no problem" we'll get working on it right away. They repaired a few other items with true expertise! My truck passed smog and back on the road so my wife and I could drive to "Vegas" for the weekend. Thank you Heather & Jessica for answering all my questions and for helping recover my Bluetooth in the loaner car :)

Repairs are FAST! Service is top notch. And customer service is some of the best I've seen when compared to any leading provider. I had a great experience and there's an associate, i believe her name is Jessica, she's an excellent associate 👌👌

I always get great service at George's Shell and today was no different.

I had to have my truck towed to the shop because it wouldn’t start. It did this occasionally, even though I had just put a new battery in. Daniel, one of the mechanics, was able to quickly diagnose the problem and fix it. They even had my truck washed before I picked it up. George’s Shell has always provided me with superior service and excellent customer service. Thank you for another job well done!
